Your account may be used to publicly identify you as part of the social features of the Service, which may include user-to-user interactions, chat or messaging features, public leaderboard, face-to-face competitions, and other similar features. Rummy World user names will be public and will be displayed to other users, but access will only be granted to information that is considered public or that you have designated as public in your user profile settings. If you are logged into the game using another account (e.g. Guest Mode), you can perform this action via the in-game dialog. You may provide us Personal Data voluntarily, such as when you set up an account with us, contact us (through Facebook, Messenger, e-mail, in-game chat or any other channel, including any support services), when you post on our public forums or groups, when you provide us your e-mail address (such as when you sign-up to receive e-mail updates or gifts), when you participate in competition, contest, tournaments and other promotions, when you place any purchases in any of our Games, when you interact with other users through the in-game chat or when you choose to connect your Facebook, Google, Apple or similar account to any of our Games. This information is typically collected through the use of third party mobile device software development kits. We may sometimes send you push notifications through our services to send you game updates, high scores, and other service-related notifications that may be important to you. You can opt out of receiving these types of communications at any time by setting them off at the device level. We do not use such data to learn a person’s true identity or contact details, but mostly to provide our services, troubleshoot, improve and optimiz our services, contact you, conduct research, create reports for internal use and having a better understanding of how our users typically use and engage with our services.
