Rummy World(“we”, “our” or “us”) develops, publishes and operates social games for web and mobile environments (“Games”), as well as web and mobile applications (each, an “App”) for playing our Games across multiple devices and platforms (such as mobile devices and Facebook).

1.Data automatically collected or generated, and usage information
When someone visits, interacts with or uses our Services, including any e-mail or text messages sent to them by us or via our Services, we may collect or generate technical data about them. Such data consists of connectivity, technical or aggregated usage data, such as IP address, in-game identifier, game statistics, game preferences, unique advertising ID (e.g. IDFA; you may reset such ID based on the operating system instructions ), non-identifying data regarding a device, operating system, browser or App version, mobile carrier, locale and language settings, user activity on our Services, in-App or Game activity (such as game play content/product interaction and advertising data); diagnostic data (i.e. crash data and game performance data).
Also, we may collect the name, device type, phone number, country, and any other information you choose to provide in connection with your device, such as a username, role name, or email address. We may also access your contacts to enable you to invite friends to join your service. If you sign in to the Service using Facebook Connect, we will collect information that is visible through your Facebook account, such as (1) your first and last name, (2) Facebook ID, (3) avatar/URL, and (4) a list of Facebook friends. Your account may be used to publicly identify you as part of the social features of the Service, which may include user-to-user interactions, chat or messaging features, public leaderboard, face-to-face competitions, and other similar features. Rummy World user names will be public and will be displayed to other users, but access will only be granted to information that is considered public or that you have designated as public in your user profile settings.
If you are logged into the game using another account (e.g. Guest Mode), you can perform this action via the in-game dialog.
You may provide us Personal Data voluntarily, such as when you set up an account with us, contact us (through Facebook, Messenger, e-mail, in-game chat or any other channel, including any support services), when you post on our public forums or groups, when you provide us your e-mail address (such as when you sign-up to receive e-mail updates or gifts), when you participate in competition, contest, tournaments and other promotions, when you place any purchases in any of our Games, when you interact with other users through the in-game chat or when you choose to connect your Facebook, Google, Apple or similar account to any of our Games.
This information is typically collected through the use of third party mobile device software development kits. We may sometimes send you push notifications through our services to send you game updates, high scores, and other service-related notifications that may be important to you. You can opt out of receiving these types of communications at any time by setting them off at the device level.
We do not use such data to learn a person’s true identity or contact details, but mostly to provide our services, troubleshoot, improve and optimiz our services, contact you, conduct research, create reports for internal use and having a better understanding of how our users typically use and engage with our services. The use of such technical and device data also helps us and our partners to deliver interest-based or otherwise more effective advertisements and content, to optimize our ad management and our users' viewing experience), and to improve the overall performance and user experience of our services.
2.Date Storage and Retention / Data Deletion
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, unless we are required by law to delete it or we accept your request to delete it. We will also retain and use your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

If you want to delete your account, please send an email to us (Jetpackpvtltd@gmail.com), provide your game account ID, phone number. After We verify your identity, we will delete the account and delete all your relevant data and information.
Please note that except as required by applicable law, we will not be obligated to retain your data for any particular period, and are free to securely delete it for any reason and at any time, with or without notice to you.
3. Data Sharing
We may share your data with certain third parties, including law enforcement agencies, our service providers and our affiliates. The main circumstances in which we share data are summarised below:
(1) Compliance with Laws, Legal Orders and Authorities:
We may disclose or allow government and law enforcement officials access to certain Personal Data, in response to a subpoena, search warrant or court order (or similar requirement), or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including for national security purposes. We may engage selected third party companies, contractors and individuals to perform services complementary to our own (e.g. hosting services, data analytics services, marketing agencies and advertising services and tools, data and cyber security services, fraud detection and prevention services, payment processing services, customer support partners, external moderators and testers, user engagement services, e-mail distribution and monitoring services, session recording, and our business, legal, financial and compliance advisors) (collectively, “Service Providers”). These Service Providers may have access to your Personal Data, depending on each of their specific roles and purposes in facilitating and complementing our Services, and may only use it for such purposes.

The Services allow you integrate with certain third party services, such as in order to connect your Facebook, Google or Apple account to a certain Game, Login with Google, Facebook or sign in with Apple or to place purchases, in which case you will be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy notices of said third parties (e.g., Apple, Google or Facebook) – so please make sure that you read and accept them in advance. We do not receive or store your passwords for any of these third party services.
We may share the information we collect or obtain with third parties for the following purposes.

If we display advertisements on our services, we may allow our affiliates and partner networks' advertising networks to collect information about your mobile device to enable them to deliver targeted advertisements to you. Such mobile device data includes the following.
- The device manufacturer, model and operating system.
- Device attributes related to screen size and orientation, volume and battery.
- Carrier ;

- The name and properties of the mobile application with which the consumer interacts with the service.
- Country, time zone and regional settings (country and preferred language).

You can also limit data collection by third parties by using your mobile device settings. Please note that opting out will not prevent ads from appearing in your browser or app. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests. We do not share your personal information unless you approve it or as described herein. Where we share your information with third party service providers and business partners, we ensure that we have appropriate agreements in place to protect your information in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws.

We may share your Personal Data with others, with or without notice to you, if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of Rummy World, any of our users or any members of the general public.
(6) Rummy World Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies:
We may share Personal Data internally within our family of companies, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, should Rummy World or any of its affiliates undergo any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of substantially all of its assets, your personal data will be shared with the parties involved in such event. If we believe that such change in control might materially affect your Personal Data then stored with us, we will notify you of this event and the choices you may have via e-mail and/or prominent notice on our Services.
For the removal of doubt, Rummy World may share your Personal Data in additional manners, pursuant to your explicit approval, or if we are legally obligated to do so, or if we have successfully rendered such data non-personal and anonymous. All other games and services are available only to individuals who are greater than eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors and do not wish to do so. If we learn that a minor is using the Services or playing any of our Games, we may prohibit and block such use and will make all efforts to promptly delete any Personal Data stored with us with regard to such minor.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly allow such persons to use our services.
